Established identity
Ciro is the middle brother. He eventually becomes General of Menelea’s armies, while Xeno remains the protected heir at home.
Proposed campaign arc
Ciro receives command after the Whitebridge disaster. He hopes that accepting responsibility will prevent indiscriminate retaliation, then discovers how much the army depends on unpaid soldiers and abusive requisitions.
His turning point is the tribunal following a settlement’s destruction under his command. He must choose whether protecting his men means shielding them from judgment or building an army capable of admitting its wrongs.
Relationship with Pyrrhus
Their bond grows through practical cooperation and disagreement. Ciro wants a lawful place for his eldest brother; Pyrrhus questions whether the offered law protects anyone beyond the dynasty.
